TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service. Original order was March 13, had to send back the shirts because they messed up all the measurements. They STILL have not even started remaking my shirts (3 MONTHS WAIT). Customer service repeatedly takes more than 3 days to respond to my emails, and no possibility to get any of them on the phone. DO NOT BUY from Modern Tailor if you ever think there will be a problem with your order. Would think they would try and work a little harder after I paid them $800.
