TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Horrible customer service. Original order was March 13, had to send back the shirts because they messed up all the measurements. They STILL have not even started remaking my shirts (3 MONTHS WAIT). Customer service repeatedly takes more than 3 days to respond to my emails, and no possibility to get any of them on the phone. DO NOT BUY from Modern Tailor if you ever think there will be a problem with your order. Would think they would try and work a little harder after I paid them $800.

Following up - I also ordered pants from them. Gave them very clear measurements and made them just as the measurement guide instructed. I ended up getting pants that were 5cm in circumference too small in the thigh. Again, I sent them back, repeatedly asked them how soon they could remake the pants as it was a clear error on their part. After 2 weeks of them avoiding the question, they finally tell me that they were going to alter them and there was only a 1 cm difference. They even tried to send me back my own photo and said I measured wrong! My photo clearly shows I measured correctly. They sent a photo showing their measurement and it has their tape measure hanging off the edge and is extremely loose so that it makes the measurement longer.
I'm asking for a FULL REFUND since I don't want to do deal with a company that lies and has no sense for the customer.
My image is the bright single shot, showing that the measurement is clearly under the crotch. Had to increase the brightness because they blamed me for measuring "too low." You can't go any higher than the crotch!

Hello John, I will look into this asap. You have fulll refund entitlement for products you ordered which did not follow the instructions you entered online definitely. I also going to see why this process took long considering repeats or remakes should take only 1 month (excluding the first 21 business days which took for the first production to be completed).
