Horrible customer service!

your customer response team is terrible. I keep email for updates on my order 147985 and no one responds! It's been 3-weeks since I ordered and the status remains the same on my orders page!

  • Hello Mark: Just closing off this thread as I researched our archives and found out that the issue is that you were not receiving our confirmation emails (which are auto generated) this issue has since been fixed and from your emails with our team - we have also notified you that our auto confirmation emails had issues. We apologise for that incident.
    At that time of your order we were only able to respond on manually generated emails sent to sales@moderntailor.com
    The order has been shipped - 2016-09-26
    I trust it was received 5 business days from date of delivery.
